Web authentication parameters for NTLM

I’ve read the documentation and checked for similar issues.
Is there any information on the web authentication parameters for a web site using NTLM authentication ?
Where is there documentation on the various parameters (e.g. token_name, token_pattern, etc.) ?

Parameters for NTLM are:

workstation=foo
domain=bar
