my problem is same people type wrong word and fess no result return ,

Proximity search works.
These queries depend on terms tokenized by analyzers.

I would like to set fuzzy as default as people make spelling mistakes a lot

That is a shame it would be a good option to have as I know my users won’t be adding a ~ on every query

I added a fuzzy query to a default query with a low boost value in the next release.
