AI Mode not return answer

hi

i run the fess 15.5 docker with opensearch 3.4 docker and our external ollama model
i create file system crawler (external cifs)
when i search regular word i get the search result .
but i have issue with AI MODE
i go to AI mode and ask question about the file’s and i always get this message
”.. could you please provide a bit more information so i can help you effectively ?
.. what kind of information would be helpful to you ?

any suggest what wrong and how to handle it

The AI mode in Fess 15.5 is still experimental, and in some cases its behavior depends on internal processing that is not fully stable. To properly investigate this kind of issue, it would require reviewing and debugging at the source code level.

There have already been multiple fixes and improvements made after 15.5, so it may be better to try again with the next release (15.6) once it becomes available.

In the meantime, if you want to proceed with troubleshooting, checking the logs and tracing how the query is processed internally would be the most effective approach.
