Remove Case Sensitive Search

Hi,

I receive different record counts for same keyword search in different Cases.
for eg:)
Virus - total count 978
virus - total 987
VIRUS -total 900

Is there a way to remove the case sensitivity

standard_analyzer converts a word to lowercase. So I think the difference comes from other reasons.
